With A High of 20!

Good morning to all and hello from Noodle!

Hewo!

Hope everyone had a good night sleep. Even though I have been working crazy hard lately, I have been managing to get a good amount of sleep in each night (since I have been going to bed around 11! ha). I have one more presentation this afternoon and then I just have 2 papers and 1 online final left! Yippee! Online tests are deciving because you think they should be easier, but they aren’t. Mine are given 2 hour time limits and even with doing all the readings and preparing, everyone takes every last minute (believe me, I’ve asked around).

Since it’s so cold, I wanted to whip up something warm for breakfast! I had one apple left, so I chopped it up and put it in a saucepan with a little water (I didn’t measure it, just a couple tbsp) and some cinnamon.

Apples, Cinnamon, & Water

I let that heat up on medium for about 5 minutes, this lets the apples soften. Then I added in 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup almond milk. I let this mix heat for another 5 minutes.

Add Oats & Milk

Then popped it in a bowl, added a tbsp of almond butter and voila!

Apple Cinnamon Oats

AWESOME warm breakfast.

I am contemplating heading to the gym this morning. The thing is I usually take Wednesday’s off, but I also usually lift on Mondays which I didn’t do this week. But I am thinking that I might just take today off and then lift tomorrow and Saturday. Gym schedules can be so complicating! Phew!

Well I best practice my speech so I don’t make a fool of myself ( I haven’t practiced this speech as much, but it’s also not nearly as important as the one from yesterday, and it’s about 1/4 as long.). Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

    • I freaking love oatmeal toO! I never even thought about any kind of oatmeal (besides like the little maple brown sugar packets) until a few weeks ago and now i’m addicted to making my own mixes!

And noodle is a girl 🙂 Her birth name, haha, is Maggie Mae, but she was very squirmy as a puppy so I started calling her Noodle 🙂
