5 Carrots Is Too Many!!

Hello again to all! Hope everyone had a great day. I finished my paper!! YAY!! So if anyone needs some information on work team selection using behavioral simulation exercises you just drop me a line!! ha. Glad thats over!!

On a SUPER HAPPY note, today was my biggest traffic day for my blog!!! That makes me a happy girl πŸ™‚ So THANK YOU from Noodle & I!

Here’s a little food rundown today:

My new favorite wrap mix: Bone suckin bbq sauce, greek yogurt, tempeh, and broccoli slaw. It’s easiest to mix all the ingredient in a bowl first. I’m def a fan of the sauces hitting every piece.

I also added a slice of tofutti american “cheese”. Yummy.

Snackage:

Got these suckers yesterday, I looooove wasa and this is my first experience with the whole grain, 2 thumbs up.

Even better when you add some barney butter/dark chocolate dream

I was a snack monster today and I also snacked on 2 carrots with some salsa (ole!)

My dinner was actually really good, but it looks pretty blah! My apologies.Β

1 cup lundberg wild rice and 1 of these babies (sooooo good!!):

I also steamed up 3 carrots and tossed them in a smidge (technical term) of earth balance vegan butter and cinnamon.

Turns out 5 carrots in one day is too many!!! I’m like the exact opposite of Helen Keller tonight (get it, carrots help your sight; haha)

I also have been having a glass of wine every night, and actually I think it is overall making me a happier person. As weird as that sounds. I think sometimes I get too worked up about school/life in general and getting in a little vino just relaxes my brain. Current wine of choice…..well budgeted wine of choice

Well that’s it from me tonight. My awesome tv starts at 8 because I missed project runway last week so luckily they are replaying it before the new episode! I hate how lifetime never replays stuff, I NEVER have to worry about missing a show when it’s on BRAVO. Grrrr.

Hope everyone has a wonderful evening and happy Friday!
